SmartMove have an experienced team dedicated to high standards of customer care. We are here to listen to the needs of landlords and support them to find a tenant for their properties. We will provide a written guarantee at the beginning of the tenancy to secure the property for our clients.
We specialise in working with landlords who house people who are in receipt of welfare benefits. We support our landlords and tenants from the beginning of the tenancy for up to one year, carrying out regular checks to ensure there are no issues within the property and that high standards are being kept.
Our team are knowledgeable as to the benefits system and receive regular training to keep up to date with any legislation and benefit changes. We have a 96% success rate, with our clients remaining in their tenancies after this 12 month support period.
